(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Arab foreign ministers held a consultative meeting on the fringes of the Non-Aligned Movement Summit currently being in Tehran on Thursday.
The meeting of the Arab League ministerial committee was held under the current chairmanship of Kuwait's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheiklh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, revealed the ministry's head of the Arab world department Jamal Al-Ghanim.
The minister told attendees that the meeting was being held in order to prepare for another upcoming meeting in Cairo on September 5, Al-Ghanim told KUNA.
Also present, Arab League Secretary General Nabil Al-Arabi then proceeded to deliver the agenda of talks scheduled for the upcoming gathering.
The ministers afterwards discussed stances on the latest developments in the region, especially those related to the Syrian and Palestinian issues.
